The Vitals:Label: Positvenergy Music Factor Scores:Production Quality: 7.5 Du Nord's Take:I'm so sorry that this review took this long to get out. My apologies to the artist and label for the delay. Now, let's get started…. This is an interesting and techy track with good programming and arrangement. There is no vocal or samples to add to the quality of the song, so it must stand on its own merits as an instrumental track. It's not unusual to drop this kind of track in for variety in a vocal House set, and it could be a good builder or transition track. It is very well done, but I usually like some kind of sample or vocal snippet thrown in to be more entertaining to the listener. I'd love to hear more of Trevor in a remix or vocal track, as he is a talented producer. The track is solid but just doesn't have the magic I like to hear that would take it to the next level. Best of luck to the label and artist as I feel there is some hope for even better things on the horizon. Please bring us more in the future, and I assure you, we will listen intently. |
