Rogier van der Meer (a.k.a. DJ Phase) has been a force in EDM scene since he started DJing in 1991 at the age of 17. While he continued to spin other people's tracks, by 1998, Rogier began producing his own music, as well as remixing artists such as Triple G and Dance In Motion.

A familiar face at clubs and open-air events, Rogier has performed at The Netherland's Flevo Festival for four of the last five years and is scheduled for Flevo 2006. He also took the stage at Longo's Lounge parts 1, 2, and 3.

Rogier's track "Eternity" appeared on Osmotic Wave, the second CD in Low Roof's Osmotic series. In 2005, Low Roof released Rogier's full-length album Proximity.
