Du Nord’s Take:

I really like these tracks. Tribal House is not my specialty nor have I been extremely interested or drawn to the genre in the past. However, these tracks are really, really good and have piqued my interest somewhat.

The first track is “Deep Dark Jungle”, which is driving and delicious with a vocal that gives awesome effect. Lots of bongo work and echoing vocal effects make this song a workout on the dance floor, coming in at a little less than ten minutes. The second track is DJ Vibe’s mix of “Resonate”, which is a little less “deep” than its precursor with more synth work, sweeping and droning, etc. A very good mix, it has a more “lively” feel and style. The third and final track is “The Drive (Original Mix)”, which has some interesting effects swirled into the mix and a constant back beat that keeps it moving. The vocal snippet sings “You’ve got to dance”, and I felt it just sitting in my computer chair! Coming in at a little over ten minutes, this is another marathon in the making.

Good workout music whether you’re in the gym or in the club, I found all the tracks thoroughly enjoyable. All the best to Victor and the Statrax team. Great job all in all. Keep it movin’.
