Opencloud is Corey Spengler and Blake Potter.

Blake has been intrigued with music since he was real young.  Starting with drums, then working with his uncle (which is a member of Painted Orange) and dad writing music, and touring clubs with his two siblings and eventually leading him to writing his own electronic music.

Before joining Corey, Blake was also part of Oracle prior to Opencloud.

Corey got interested into music when his brother brought home a record of electronic music.  He was fascinated with the unique sounds and made a commitment to electronic music.  After listening to different groups he started Djing to spread the word about electronic music.  Then during college he learned more and more about production, bought his first groove box and started learning.  But as time went on, trying to produce dance music with a groove box became very frustrating, and with graduation looming, Corey set the groove box aside and focused on DJing and getting out of college. After graduating, he began work and once settling down, he noticed the dance world evolving.  After listening and going to different events, he decided to pick production back up, and started learning and collaborating with different people.

Opencloud formed in the early fall of 2004 finally after crossing paths several times. After years of searching, Corey and Blake finally found what they had been talking about for so long, and that was the ability to effectively translate what was in their hearts, minds, and ears in a way that would be felt in the most monumental earth-shattering experiences.  As two separate talents, Blake and Corey join together to explore new territory for both of them and to push their music to its furthest reaching breaking point.
