Amazing. This is light years ahead of Volume 1 of the same series. DJ Cattaneo is a South American native who spins radio and the club circuit there and (I assume) abroad. I hope his mixing skills are as good as his song selection which is superb. My only complaint is that Track 4 on the first disc has a very irritating bass loop. Other than that, this whole disc is a wonderful exploration into the ever-evolving world of Progressive House. I love that the tracks are not just more-of-the-same “hovering bass” lines that we hear so much in the genre .They are great tracks on their own but really shine in a good mix. Some of the tracks include: Pole Folder ”Salvation On Slavery Sins”, Green Thumb vs. JV “Grand Theft Vinyl”(JV Mix), Space Manoeuvers “Part Three” (Pole Folder Mix) and Hybrid and Underworld contributing tracks. Everything really gels in these mixes and I love driving down the road in the sunset with the breeze flowing through my hair listening to them. I believe they would work well in the club too as they are very listenable and danceable.

All in all a stellar album and highly recommended (by this reviewer). Kudos to Hernan and I can’t wait to hear Volume 3!
