Time Lock (aka Felix Nagorsky) brings another high-energy psy-trance release. DJs and fans of psy-trance definitely need to take a listen to this release. Prototype 0.1 contains thick melodic basslines, full-on psy-trance, with house and electro influences, all wrapped in an energetic and unique Time Lock style.

When I started this assignment, I didn't know what I was in for. However, when I popped the album on, it started to grab my attention. The release contains 9 tracks. Three are Fatali remixes of tracks by other producers; the remaining six are remixes of Fatali tracks.

Bringing the Underground, Volume 1 is one of BTU Recordings' first mix albums to hit the scene, bringing some of the best tracks of BTU. This truly brings the underground trance scene with nice blends of different styles of trance, including tech, progressive, and psy.

I find this album, as a whole, to be a very enjoyable and invigorating listen. The music is relaxing, yet makes me want to get up and dance.

While they have had some success already with their live show and through their releases on other compilations, this debut album sets the stage for the duo to make their move in a big way to dance floors across the globe.

The recipe for success here is definitely the supreme melodic content heard in the original track, which styles itself after progressive trance.

This EP contains the two tracks, "Shade" and "The Warming Trend", which together weigh in at almost 17 minutes. But these tracks aren't hefty because of the duration, they are laden with skilled production, rich in charisma and heavy in musical content!

This is a release that DJs and lovers of dance music will both appreciate. Drew is very talented, and it shines in his track.
