no matter how you slice it... halo is at best an average game series that attracted mass attention b/c it simply "worked" on the xbox. There's nothing more to it than that.

I fail to see how farcry was bad. that game was amazing to me. Well... the FIRST time through. I tried playing it again recently and I just wasn't into it.

whatever reds, i think you just have x-box envy ;P. halo rawks so hard because it is totally intuitive. the controls are so simple and work just about perfetly. not to mention bungie upping the immersive atmosphere from their marathon days. and yes, the movie would be totally radical if they made it like that ... but they won't, it'll probably end up being made by this guy. |

I just finished Halo 3. I know... I'm almost a year behind the times. But there's reasons for that... and I've remained clueless on all events in the game.
So... just finished (on Heroic). I loved it. I almost cried.
Now... I don't know what to do.

I've played all three through on Legendary! Halo is Microsoft's bread and butter in the console market. If you have a 360 check out all the Halo vids online. Recipe for success:1. Epic single/co-op modes 2. The BEST online gameplay on a console platform. 3. Lots of $$ to feed the MS marketing machine. I thought the Halo movie got canned?
