Your lights are being watched

« on: January 14, 2007, 11:59:15 PM »

I seem to be one of those people who are always in finacial struggle. I honestly don't splurge my money, and my job is okfor the area I live in, but it just seems like everytime I start getting back on track something unexpected happens.

This time, my car windows got smashed in. Normal by-product to living in the city. The cops don't even really care about this sort of thing. The worse part is I didn't learn about my damaged window until AFTER I paid off all my bills and credit cards on-line. I don't have the proper insurance for my insurance company to cover it. AND this is going on simultaneously while I'm trying to pay off a 1300 hospital bill. I'm not even in college this semester due to an overdue tuition bill!  Angry

I'm probably gonna feel bad for posting this tomorrow and being all whiny, but right now whine whine whine whine whine!

Ok I'm done.

Well... congraduations on not having any credit card debt! Smiley

It happens more often than we think... so as you go just try to put some money away $100 a month isn't much when working and after a year is enough to cover most emergencies.

Honestly, it's probably economically better that you paid the credit card debt off... you're car doesn't need windows to move.

I know what you are going through. I've often thought that God is trying to teach me something through my constant lack of finances and the many times our vehicle has been broken into and our stuff has been stolen. I recently have come to the decision that God has nothing to do with it, but that this is a byproduct of living on Planet Earth. The only thing God can teach me through this is forgiveness and learning to let go of material possessions.

It stinks, but I take comfort in the fact that when this is all over, God's waiting for me.
