keith says "you are completely wrong. dude, that is not death metal. i don't think you have heard actual death metal. old underoath is screamo, NOT death metal."

I say they walk a line between screamo and hardcore. There's certainly a metal influence, but I wouldn't call them a metal band primarily.

Exactly.... they are more hardcore influenced on the latest album. I don't see them as a metal band at all.
