Hang in there Joel! I know what it means to be overwhelmed. Just remember: "All you who are weary and heavy laden, come to me and I will give you rest".
Maybe you need to cut back in some areas to restore balance in your life. I believe God will show you where (and when). At the tender age of 45, I would rather get a good nights sleep that go to the club sometimes and yes, sometimes I do!

i don't want to get into a debate on how i recharge, but its people that recharge or get energy from, but its also how i deflate as well.  I'm working on my relationship with Jesus and while its a personal thing, to me its also a community thing, which is why I come here so I don't see why I shouldn't be able to come here to recharge. 

This is a community of Christians, part of my community (its not my only community but its significant because its related to my vocation) and part of my family.  If it was anything else I wouldn't be bothered coming back.

Wow... I don't think I said that... at least not in those words with that meaning. If I did... wow. I meant that this place shouldn't be your CHURCH and isn't a CHURCH and never will be a CHURCH. If you're only connection to Christians is via this site, you need to get into a church. That's always been my stance. There's nothing wrong with TF being a refuge.

And yet, we are THE church.
