If someone ever charged you with being a Christian, would there be enough evidence to convict you?

So another update really quickly.
I had a meeting with a local pastor on Tuesday. This pastor is on staff at a church in Richmond but is VERY well connected with essentially every church in Richmond.  It went extremely well. He is going to be talking to his church and then set up a few meetings for me with some other people. This is an amazing momentum boost for me.
On Wendsday I recieved a call from my friend who goes to a sister church of my church. He got me some information and gave me a person to call. I talked with them and found out that they look at new missionaries twice a year april and october. Sucks right? Well, the woman I talked to told me that for some reason that had to reschedual their April meeting for mid-June. I sent my information there and recieved word this morning that they had gotten it and would call me when they have had their meeting. I am really hopeful about this. I am also still waiting for a call back from a pastor from a church near here.
Please continue to pray for favor with these local church that I am talking with. I have about 5 churches that I am currently in contact with and a few that I have yet to get a contact point with. Please pray that I would be able to find a way to talk with the churches that I need to talk with. Please also pray for this mission commitee meeting, that they would do what God wants them to do. I feel like they postponded it just so that I could send in my information, so please pray for those.

So here is an update. I covet your prayers over the next 2 weeks for these things.

1: I got the missions directors information for a sister church of MCC (my church). I gave them a call and was talking with them and they told me to send my information to them. I emailed them and they said they would consider it at their meeting. I have not even met with them in person... Backstory: They usually meet twice a year, April and October. I found out that they had postponed it until mid-June. I really feel God is working, but I am stressed because I have never spoke with them in person...
2: I had a meeting with a prominent pastor in Richmond and he is talking with his church and will be getting me in contact with some small groups...
3: I have a follow up meeting another pastor on Monday. The first meeting I had with them was great, we hit it off from the start. So pray for that please.

Again, I covet your prayers because I am pretty stressed and nervous...

August Update:

So it is August already. It is amazing how time sometimes slips past and you don't even realize it.
The last month has been a bit crazy. Bridge Builders was as hard as it was amazing. As I said in my last update, I was an outreach leader and a father group father. It was the best year for me yet. The first week was incredibly difficult for me. I was working my regular schedule at work and then immediately heading over to the church to be with my family group. It was very tiring and very frustrating. I wanted to be there all day to really keep building the relationships in my family group and the rest of the Bridge Builders team. So that was difficult but as I look back on it I realize that it was actually for the best. Since I was working my family group, and I, learned that we have to cherish those moments with our families because because each member isn't always going to be there. The highlight of the entire time was the opportunity to show people what it means to be in a family, what a father is and how he is supposed to love them unconditionally.
I have spent the time since then just catching up with some people. The small group that I was involved in has ended for the summer and most of the members have gone back off to school. It really made me realize how much I need to be in a group like that. So I will be looking for another group to get involved in. Some of my Sunday School students have moved on to college, which is a sad moment for me. But I am excited about where they are going and the new places God is taking them.
I have been making phone calls for the last several weeks. I have been talking with several Christian DJ's and promoters in the UK and they are very excited about the vision to bring the Gospel into the dance music industry. This has been very encouraging for me to see the people who understand that industry and the need there getting excited about it.
I been in contact with a DJ up in Pennsylvania about coming up to DJ and an annual festival his church throws in Sept. We are just firming up the details be this is a great opportunity for me to continue to share what God has placed on my heart.

Lastly, I have confirmed 2 new supporters which brings me to 50% of my monthly budget. This is a great encouragement. However, I want to ask each of you to pray and seek God to see if He wants you to support me financially, either with a 1 time gift or on a continuing basis. I really feel the need is urgent. Each time I talk with someone about the club scene I feel the need more and more and more. I was thinking about how incredible it would be like if some of the top DJs in the world came to Christ. How powerful would it be for one of them to publicly say something like, "I was so deep in drugs, I didn't know what to do. But Christ pulled me out and saved me." How incredible would that be? I cannot imagine the influence they would have.
Please continue to pray for me as I continue to talk with churches and individuals. Pray that they would really take hold of the vision and the need in the club scene. Please continue to pray for strength for me. Frustration is a constant struggle so continue to pray that I would trust and be content in Christ and His timing and provision.
