 Cheesy not cool. NOT COOL.

The MRI, CT Scan, PT Scan, and the tiny samples they took all point to cancer. This time the Doctor is not so optimistic. He says the chance of survival is still good, but there will definitely be radiation and chemo involved. I will go this Thursday Morning for an endoscopy so they can look around to see if this is from the original source or if this is a new mass that originated somewhere else. This means I will be knocked out while they dig around inside me taking various samples inside my neck and  other surrounding areas to find the source. After the holidays, I will begin DAILY radiation treatments with the possibility of a major surgery depending on the information they will find out on Thursday. If I do end up having a surgery, I will have a LOT of muscle, veins, and nerves removed from the right side of my neck, which means a LOT of really bad post-op side effects for my right arm and possibly more. Oh and the radiation does a tremendous amount of damage to teeth and gums which means that I will have to have any teeth in the line of the radiation removed before the radiation will start.

I just don't know why.

man, cling to Jesus.

I can understand your situation.  My uncle is still fighting cancer, he's gotten better past few weeks, but this has been ongoing for the past four years on and off.  First it was skin cancer, now in the past year it was tumors in his mouth, lungs and kidneys. 

praying for ya dude.

uh.  dang.  definately praying.

And always be expectant of healing.  I have a friend from RI who was healed from AIDS and now is living completely healthy.  Soooo... there is always hope for you. Healing might come instantly, or it might take some years of praying real hard.

anyway.  Still praying.
