And is not responding to ableton

Any ideas? I cant find my manual. In fact ive never looked at the manual and could do with understand how the presets and memory work?

This has happened before and somehow ive managed to get it responding again. Thankfully never in the middle of a set! Not sure which button im pressing to switch it off or what i need to switch back on.

ok found the cntl mute function but still says off!
