I have to put my 2 cents up on diz one. So is this like to see how many of guyz are single and looking, lol? Well if it iz then I am single and [looking] for a job and getting on my feet. As far as [looking] for a potential luv interest or w/e I am done looking, for me I have more luck when it happens unexpectedly that is to say when they find me instead of the other way around. I used to be really consumed by finding someone and bla bla bla, but now that I am shifting my way of thinking, G-d is helping out with that stuff & even though I am still single I have to remind myself its only for a season!!!!! Dont worry about too much because it will just drive you mad, and believe me its not a good feeling, especially if you dont have alot of friends, including Christian ones. Another thing I am learning is not only how to be single and content with that but also to enjoy being with myself, mine own company, why I dont know, but I guess that is something that has to be. Another thing that tripped me out when i was watching tv, that most people are awaiting there day of marriage but are not preparing for the marriage itself. Theres alot of divorces among Christians, and I think its because both party's were not prepared for a huge commitment like that. I can see that marriage is about communication, and compromising what one wants for the other for them to be happy. I wont know what that means entirely until that happens to me, but I do see that its more than a commitment its a covenant.  Cool

Well, I'm not really Looking, I take that back. I am single, and... just tired of being hurt and rejected and told that it wasn't my fault, that it was her's. (sound's cliche doesnt it?)
I've tried the christian dating sites, and it seems that I'm just not getting any conversation starting. I mean, it all begins with conversation, right? Even if it's not a serious relationship, I would at least want a decent conversation... like there is a wall or something. I need balance in my life.

i am SO sick of that line...it makes me want to go out and rob a bank or something.
Christian dating sites are exhausting. I had one 40 yr old tell me that he wanted to pursue a seroius relatoinship with me, ( based on nothing but reading my profile, which barely scraped the surface of who i am) and then he wanted to make sure i was a virgin cuz if i wasnt i was off the list. Well, when i wrote him back and told him i admired the fact that he was ablet o stay a virgin til 40, and I didnt know if Id be able to wait that long, because i knew that would make him leave me alone, however, i was stunned by his response  he responded with....oh well do you have any other christian friends who are virgins?

Relationship wise, started out as being too shy, then it was finding out someone wasn't what I thought, to being played, and then to, there's really no good choices for the matter at the moment.  And all of this experience without having a first date yet.
