So, I just found out today that there is a chance that my company may be buying out my current contract and offering me a permanent positition! This would be great! Right now I'm full time contract based and I've been here for 2 years but being permanent would mean that I wouldn't have to pay for my health insurance anymore plus a yearly bonus, 401k, stocks etc. This would be a great blesssing. The only thing I'm not sure about is if they will be able to match what I'm currently making or at least come close to it. Please pray that God's will will be done in this situation. We're really hopeing for a salary match + the perm posistion! The company that I work for is awsome and it started 4 years ago and today is a multi-billion $ corp. We are the largest private energy transmitter in the country. I'd never want to work anywhere else if I didn't have to but the $$$ will be a factor for me in deciding to change from contract to permanent.
