if you just don't like the music, that's one thing...But to pass judgement as people, that's another.
That's actually exactly the point I'm making.
I consider lyrical content when deciding whether I like any music or not, that's all. People (Christian, non-Christian, short, tall, fat, or skinny) determine whether they like (i.e., will support) an artist based on one song all the time. That's why one-hit wonders exist. A lot of people decided that they liked an artist based on one song.
Choosing not to support a given artist doesn't mean that I'm judging him/her/it as an individual. It's like separating the professional from the personal at the office. I've worked with people that I've liked both personally and professionally; however, I've also worked with people that I've liked personally but really disliked working with professionally. There's a separation between the two. One does not imply the other.
