Ok, he did mention him being stubbly too, an unshaven, white fury.
I don't think it's a racial thing so much. He would also be upset with a blue Hulk, not because he's racist against blue people, but because traditionally the Hulk is green.
In the same way he would be upset if the Black Panther was white, not because he has a problem with caucasians, but because the Panther is traditionally an African.

I would want to see a Thor and Captain America, respectively, before an Avengers movie.
