For the third album in the series, DEEP QUEEP CUTZ takes a slightly more beaty approach & stylistically it expands its remit to include some deep electro & breaks along with the usual smatherings of deep progressive and tech-house. This time around the entire album is made up of previously un-released & exclusive tracks, the majority of which have been signed exclusivly for this album from some of the hottest underground producers around. There's deep electro from ELEKTRODOUCHE and WEST LONDON DEEP, breaky tech-house from ART BLEEK and NOSTALGIC DANCE ORCHESTRA, trance-infleunced progressive sounds from GROOVUSCULE, COLIN BROWN and German trance legend TAUCHER's collab with TRANCEFELD, deep chunky beats from T-SHOCK, and quirky prog from PARIS SYNDROME.

Queep is a house label. They normally put out a mix of deep, progressive and electro house tunes. We've been very BIG on them in the reviews section for over a year now I believe. You should check the releases out.

queep is rockin right now. They are putting out super quality stuff. They seem to be a little under the radar with my dj friends but some (4O1K) are catching on quickly. I'd say I am really liking over 50 percent of the stuff they are putting out and for a label that crosses all the wavelength that is house...i'd say that is darn good.

Is it from Christian Label and Artist. I never read the reviews about them to be honest,"ELEKTRODOUCHE" that doesnt sound too good. I might give the other mixes a listen, but idk, well see. Thanks for the heads up.

...seems like I get tagged to do a lot of the Queep reviews here, and I gotta say I don't mind too much. Great line up of artists and releases lately...worth checkin' out even if Deep House isn't your normal listening preference.
Yeah, I've run into some of those titles/names that aren't quite nice to mention around these parts....but hey, we're not really reviewing strictly Christian labels/tracks/artists here anymore. That's fine with me, but yeah...i'd like to see some kind of LOGO or something that attributes Christian artists from the others. Like they do on tuna to distinguish dolphin friendly tuna from the others.

Nope. Not Christian, but they have had some Christians like Cristian Paduraru releasing on their label.

hey guys, cheers for the comments, interesting discussion!.... just looking over the tracklisting & i can see 1 track in particular (tr 5) that is fairly non-christian in its content and title. really sorry about that....in fairness to that tune its not meant in any nasty way, its more trying to give a humorous dance floor moment, tho im sure to some this will be no excuse
in answer to your question Mike, we are not a specifically christian label, but we do try to promote positive vibes in the stuff we put out, its all meant to be quite melodic, and if its not cheerful, it should be thoughtful. The main thing is to pass on something positive instead of looking/sounding cool/slick/moody like the rest of them. Im from ireland myself, so am obviously a catholic, but we dont really bring faith into the politics of the label, as we have quite a few different faiths on our roster.....
on that note, one of our most positive releases is coming next, the debut track by FAMILY TREE called "shine your light", and it promotes tolerance of other cultures, aswell as individuality, in this increasingly multi-cultural society we are living in.
'You gotta shine your light on everyone you meet, You gotta wave your flag on every street you're on'
Aswell as our usual work of trying to get this played on the usual house stations and in clubs, i would like to think that the track itself is suited to more "spiritual" audiences too, infact its important that it reaches those people who can enjoy it and pass it on and in doing so spreading the message, so if any of you guys are playing on shows or at clubs and want a copy, hit me up at
damien@queep.com
. & ill send you links... some djs to show support so far include paul oakenfold, deepsky & tigerhook corp
check out clips of it on beatport (they have the promos), dont buy it, hit me up if you want it.

p.s. cool idea Digital Aura, some sort of logo might be cool to show non-christian labels, but if people would prefer we be more selective about the content of the releases we post, we can do that?

hey Joel, cheers for the welcome, means a lot.
im the founder as such and am the main man behind it, but we also got a few other lads based here in dublin, a guy called Mick works quite heavily on it in particular.... we try to treat it like some sort of project-based co-op thingy, so im not really the boss, im just the director
just seen your email, reading and getting back now
failte aurenray, wots the craic? cheers, glad you liked the mix, really loved mixing that one, got totally lost in it. agree totally, very hard to find a prog night here, tis all bodytonic and hard dance at the moment! a very good friend of mine derek duff was quite well known on the prog circuit here in dublin and he has even seemed to give up on it, he doesnt even seem interested in doing the radio, which is a real shame, there are lots of people here that do want to hear it. suppose music moves like that over the years. we might be experiencing a progressive set at a "golden oldies" night very soon...lol... so what corner of the world are you based in?
