I thought I would post this topic as I have seen so many fall pray to illness including myself. I live in Southern California which is a haven for unhealthy air and an on the go lifestyle. As of late, I have not been eating a good diet. It usually is a Jack-n-the-Box breakfast jack, a salad or hamburger for lunch and a bean burrito for dinner. I exercise usually every other day and try to keep my water intake up. I take a multi vit, extra vit c, magnesium, calcium, potassium, omega 3's, coq-10, amino acids, and a liver health supplement.
I have been blessed with not having  a cold in over 2 years and havent had the flu in over 5.
I also think emotions pay a BIG role in health. I notice when I stuff feelings I will feel like crap.
I want to get back to a more balanced diet and LESS eating out!

Whats the scoop with you?

i just love training in general. i'm already 30 (i know, Randy Couture is Heavyweight Champ at 44, but he has been wrestling since he was young) i plan on doing some local fights but this sport is growing so fast all the peoples in their 20's are dominating this sport. my daughter is 3 1/2 and i teach her muay thai & boxing. as soon as she is 4 she is going to the gym with me for kids mixed martial arts. she is going to be the next breed of female fighters.
