Guinness is about the only beer I like. I think it's the only one I didn't drink like a fish when I was younger which is probably why. There is an "Irish" pub we go to Cincy which is probably not Irish at all but I love the ' Black Velvet' Guinness and champagne. I realize it may be wrong to mix anything with Guinness but it's stout and I like to knock that down a bit.

Yeah drinking is something that a lot of things revolve around over here. I rarely drink personally because it's easy for me to get addicted.

Cindy...Try a Snakebite sometime...It's half Guiness half Woodchuck Cider.....And whole awesome!
My favorite beers have to be Guiness and Mackeson Triple Stout.
NEVER EVER EVER go to Ireland (or most authentically run Irish bars) and order a Black & Tan...That's like spitting on the baby Jesus. (for those of you not in the know, Black & Tans were brittish troops stationed in ireland by the crown, and they were not known for being overtly kind. They couldn't drink straight up Guiness, so they had the Guiness mixed with typical ales.....Thus, a Black & Tan. Today's black 7 Tans are typically Guiness mixed with Bass)

Made with bananas? That sounds really odd and interesting. I'll have to check Jungle Jim's and see if they carry it.

Hoeegaarden is a pretty common beer overhere...You can even pick it up at Wal Mart.
Whitbread is another good one!
