Beginning this month, a new monthly podcast featuring one hour of the greatest classic Gospel Rap and R&B jams ever recorded. Experience and rediscover forgotten pioneers who paved the way for today's thriving Christian Hip-Hop culture.

Big up Chris, on the D-Boy track. Did you know his producer and he had a house cut on "The lyrical strength of one street poet", called "God's house". Very, very old school, check it out. After his death (R.I.P. D-Boy), Danny's sister GeGe Rodriguez put out her album on Forefront and also had some Miami bass / house / soca / latin flavor. Also, big shouts for the DOC track. To this day, they match outfits, when I opened for them at Lifelight festival, they sported fresh matching attire in 2005. How about some ETW?

Andy, you're not telling me anything new, bro. I am well aware of D-Boy's catalog and his sister's awful attempt to continue his legacy. T-bone did a MUCH better job continuing D-boy's dream. In case you didn't know, T-bone gives credit to D-boy as being his mentor. Not sure how that's possible because D was from Dallas and T is from the Cali bay area.

ETW will be on the next one for sure. I was debating on which track to use, couldn't make up my mind, so decided to not go with them this time. PID will also be on the next one.

DOC has always been one of my favorite acts. I met them when they came to Rhema in Tulsa. Good guys. I can't believe they are still performing.

you are a wealth of knowledge! i had a dream that i was hanging out at Toby Mac with my parents house, what in the world. We had a remix planned and everything, oh well. Your show is bringing back many-a-memory. What about some D.C. Talk "Heavenbound"-era stuff?
