Are you remixing worship tunes that have ALREADY been remixed then?
I'm in the process of doing a remix medley of a few 'classic' Christian tracks. Stuff that every Christian would easily recognize...and as you said, introduce them to our genre. I have a gig next summer to play at a large Christian rock concert at the beach. So I'll be the only 'dance/trance' guy. I know I'll have to increase the cheese factor to appeal.  Wink

So I'll be the only 'dance/trance' guy.

'dance/trance' will not be how you'll be referred to. It'll be 'techno' guy. Cos ppl are ignorant about genres of EDM.

Have you tried Club J? 2 CDS, Praise Jams vol 1 & Spin

Also E Praise by E Praise (Ultrabeat).

Scott B did Keepin' on a few years back on the MYX label...

I've got some old, old stuff like hymns in the house by Ian Eskelin, Prasie house and praise house 2.
Dance house praise by the disco saints.
For these you'll have to look around the net/used cds....

There's also NSoul's Nitro Praise series, I've got all 8 but only use maybe 1 track off each CD. I wouldn't reccomend buying from NSould but maybe used/2nd-hand

Hope this helps....

.....forgot to add, maybe obvious....but you can download sermons then play samples over instraumental tracks.

I do it a lot, those ppl who wouldn't listen or appreciate "my kind of music" are usually open to that sort of thing.

I've been using some TD Jakes stuff recently,
"I wanna know what you beleive.....and I wanna know how your belief affects your actions..."
"....If God moves, You gotta Move!!!"
