the verse was merely a warning. not calling anyone anything. but some of what I have seen IS BLASPHEMY. i will not stand for that niether should any Christian. if you contend that his "Have a slice of Jesus" and "Fresh Jesus" and "Jeus break boy" has been created out of ignorance and not out of blashemy... it doenst matter. He may not have intended it as such but it is what it is. He's trying to market Jesus! Trying to package the Lord of all and stick him on a shelf (metaphorically speaking).

Furtermore that fact that his replies to our comments are bearly understandable and for the most part don't make any sense (in english anyway) and that he hasn't read or replied to this main post shows that he either doesn't care or has no intention of doing things differntly...

Sadly, this seems to be typical of A LOT of net users.

BTW, the way you posted the verse made it sound like you had made up your mind about this guy already. That's the only reason why I posted that.

dave, you know i love/respect ya as a brotha in Christ...but sometimes i gotta stir things up a little...just to help you keep you edge!  Lips Sealed  if i was to harsh i apologize but please feel my heart... 0 tolerance for blashpemy. i have a little more tolerance for ignorance though... (just a little)

also, you know that its not my habbit of driving off new TF'ers to the contrary everytime i see a first time post i try to welcome them in. but i think its also important to keep a healthy guard up in case of spamers/porn/scams etc. thankfully we dont seem to have a big problem with that type of stuff though...this guy though...i don't know just seemed to have all that stuff written all over. again i may be wrong about him, but i don't budge on my stance regarding blashpemy though...never will.

Ok I'm sorry but I have to say it.....

...does anyone else think this guy is a spammer? Or maybe a young kid trying to play a joke? I mean, if he is the pastor of a church (that I am only assuming speaks english) wouldn't his writings be more co-herent?

djrodimus guy talking about marketing jesus, lol, that's what i feel when i see his banner ads, they're just not so blatant like jesusrave.com ...i feel that way about a lot of the shirts and products and whatnot that have JESUS or LORD'S GYM or etc.. etc..

the "rave" comments are funny too, however i don't accept the blanket statement that "drugs are bad", i do accept that drugs are part of rave...i dunno', i thank the lord for the phat boomin' bass and being able to express myself and release and whatnot through dance, I LOVE PHAT BOOMING BASS AND DANCING MY BOOTY OFF ALL NIGHT AND THANK THE LORD FOR EACH AND EVERY OPPORTUNITY THAT I GET TO DO SO =)

anyhow, i think the guys just really doesn't have a clue about the people he's trying to reach out to is all...

nobody wound up responding after "church"

but the lady trying to get people to go, "mother tink"...well, you can read the thread and make up your own mind, i couldn't think of a tactful way of confronting what she was talking about with the whole "i'm christian but bi/dominatrix/etc..." thing, very peculiar, i wonder what the rest of the congregation is like?

well, i'll continue to work out my own salvation with trembling and fear.

Ok, I finally check out one of this guy's sermons. He's preaching a form of the prosperity gospel. I can't let him use this site to promote that, so he's "gone" for now.

Clarification: His sermon does cover the prosperity gospel, but actually goes further to say that agape means the unconditional giving of money rather than unconditional, non-sexual love and that implies that giving to his ministry is one of the best ways to show the same agape that God showed the world. Let me encourage you to check that sermon link out to verify what I am saying.
