in order to properly tell you how good God was 5 minutes ago, i need to start from last night.
we started club ministry last night. we went to the beach club in brighton. it went well, just feeling out the place and what God wanted and looking at how we can minister. God really started speaking to me about what He wanted me to do in the long term here with DJing both on outreach and after. i was abit miffed because my decks are US and still in the states and it would be better for me to just sell them and buy a new set when i get back here to the UK. this would mean that i would have to also raise money, because everything here is more expensive.
i was abit miffed because i sort of felt that God wanted me to play here before we left but i didnt think that i could because im out of practice and i didnt think that i could get a set of decks in time.
we were eating lunch today and the doorbell rings. i answer the door and he asks if we still have a prayer room available. we didnt but my outreach leader invited him in for tea. we start talking and we find out that he works at the brighton youth center and that he is working on youth events and skate events. somehow we got onto how he needed DJs for those events. i said that i hadnt djed in a while and i needed a set of decks to practice and he says he had an entire rig in his house that they used and he would bring it by as soon as he could! WOWOWOWOW!!
praise God!

If someone ever charged you with being a Christian, would there be enough evidence to convict you?

I love it when a plan comes together.

Two people drift in a lifeboat. One says, "I see an island. Our best chance is to go ashore, build a shelter, and await rescue." The others says, "No, we must go farther out to sea and hope to find the shipping lanes." Unable to agree, the two fight, the lifeboat capsizes, and they drown.
