Man, I have been in this place many times. Even these days I still slip into the occasional slump. It sucks, bad. Just want you to know that I am standing in prayer with you. May God bring light and inspiration to you.

The biggest thing that is affecting me is that my landlord is selling our house. She says that she requested for any new owners to give us 60 days notice, but I doubt there will be any guarantee of that. Our neighbors across the street are sale pending. They have had 3 people come by to give them estimates so far. I dont know what thier plans are but Im pretty sure we are not in them. The guy that came over today was doing an estimate to replace all the heating in the house- I imagine they would do this so they could turn our basement into an apt.
Im real tired of this portland production- house prices have doubled in two years- everyone is putting up condos- I really dont understand where all this income is going to come from.
