God's timing is awesome, here is what showed up in my email devotion today. It is total confirmation about what is happening in my life. As some of you have been reading, I literally just signed papers on a new condo on Monday of this week. My faith as of late has been so weak, I was beginning to wonder if God would ever do something like this for me. Even a mustard seed of faith is productive in God's opinion. I've stepped out into a huge new adventure, which is really exciting but also a bit scary. I just prayed that if it was God's will for it to happen that He would make it go through. Now the house closing was one thing but this email today really blew me away how obvious He is being with me. I need to step out in faith about a husband and children and trust that God will bring them. I must stop letting myself feel scared and anxious about those things. I feel special and blessed this morning. It's really cool when God speaks into your life like this.

The Bottom Line
"But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him." (Hebrews 11:6)
Anyone who has purchased a home knows the meaning of the phrase "sign on the dotted line." There are pages and pages of forms that have to be signed, the signature line being indicated by an "X" and (originally) a dotted line. Tradition says that the phrase originated as a sales gimmick—to distract the purchaser from reading the terms of the deal: "If you'll just sign there on the dotted line, you'll be all set!"
Signing on the dotted line is often a huge step of faith—when buying a house for instance. When you sign, you are "putting your money where your mouth is." You've said, "I want it" and your signature proves it. Just as signing is an act of faith in the commercial world, stepping out is an act of faith in the spiritual world. For instance, when Joseph's brothers were told by Joseph that they could have a new home in Egypt if they would return to Canaan and get their families and father, they stepped out: "Then the sons of Israel did so . . ." (Genesis 45:21).
Is there something you believe God wants you to do? When you sign on the bottom line with God, you prove your faith in God.
"Only he who believes is obedient, and only he who is obedient believes."
