Will pray for you sister, but also been there, done that.  I got married at 32, and my wife was 31.  It can happen anytime, and it was at the height of my frustration that God let me down!!!  I was really angry for a while, as I felt that with all the crap that happened in my life (I have one pretty bad story), he owed me.

I totally know what you are saying...  the days of loneliness hurt like heck, burned even.  I would make myself sick I felt so cold and sad.

Marriage does not totally resolve that, either.  One day you miss your would be mate, then you get married and you miss God.  I have had it hard on the other side, making time for God in my marriage.  I dunno.  There are no easy answers, I guess.

I will pray for you today, because you are my sister in Christ and we love you.  I hope the pain will subside and the loneliness give way to a feeling of real, mystical solitude in which you can experience to the full your uniqueness in God.  That's one thing the early church understood well, and monks and nuns so as well, that sometimes the loneliness is really an expression of our solitary unique state as one of a kind creations of God.

I hate to be that "recommend a book" guy, but your post jumped out at me because my good buddy Coosh had posted last here...  once I read it I felt the pain I went through all over again in your story.

I am suggesting that you read "The Only Necessary Thing" by Henri Nouwen... or anything by him, really.  He was a Dominican monk whose experience with solitary, freakishly raw and human experience in God has bailed me out of a tough place many a time.

I know how you feel, just turned 30 and I work nights at UPS, and work at the label the rest of the time, and no single women under 50 at either of these locations! Thankfully,  I am able to take my fam to Disneyworld this fall, and to The Holy Land Experience in Florida.  My niece will be 3, and she loves "Mickey Mouse".  And then... Cornerstone!  Plenty to look forward to

Plus, I know the perfect man for you, a Hero on a white horse.  Call on Jesus, He will listen!

Another prayer request - I am making an offer on a really nice condo in the next day or so.
Please pray for God's will to be done in the matter.

I could also use prayer for the upcoming trip to CR - to be a witness for the fam and make it there and back in one piece.

YEAH!!! I got the condo and close April 10th!!! My lease is up April 30th, so this means I will have almost 3 weeks to move everything in - more than enough time. GREAT timing.

Awesome Ms. Star!  Congrats!!!  That's a really big step in life...I hope to get there in the next year or two.  I currently rent my house...but would LOVE to buy this thing.  (What's cool...is that I rent it from Mook and his wife =)
