Hey all,

If you could pray for me that would be awesome.  I spent all day Thursday in the ER with chest pains.

All my tests came back normal and they sent me home with no real reason as to why I was having chest pains.

They said it could be stress, which I'd be willing to bet it is.

I've went through a lot of crap health wise and I'm really trying to live healthier and smarter.

I've lost over 30 pounds and 30 inches and changed all my eating habits...i'm not really looking for stress and chest pains to do me in.

So if ya could pray for me that would be great.

Amazing grace, how sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me.
I once was lost, but now I’m found.
Was blind, but now I see.

Two people drift in a lifeboat. One says, "I see an island. Our best chance is to go ashore, build a shelter, and await rescue." The others says, "No, we must go farther out to sea and hope to find the shipping lanes." Unable to agree, the two fight, the lifeboat capsizes, and they drown.

I am doing better.

The dr seems to think the chest pains are from a combination of acid reflux and pain from messing up my rotor cuff.

I haven't had any chest pains in a few days.  Thank God!!

I have kinda stumbled in the diet area but even my stumble is way better than how I ate before.

Thanks all for checkin on me.
