I emailed Beatport because I got two emails (January 12 and January 30) telling me in one that I would be reciveing an email on January 14th with 3 free crdits and the other telling me to redeem my free credits before February 14. The problem is the expected email on January 14 never came.

Anybody else experience this?

I did a search of all my email. it's just not there. Also, Gmail knows that Beatport isn't spam. Every Beatport email I get has always been delivered to my inbox.
