Chexican - please have your friend get back to me. I want to get the AEM-100i swapped for him ASAP.

We do 100% testing in production including vibration testing (shake the crap out of the mixer and see if anything breaks). The problem that your friend had is very rare and we can resolve it quickly by swapping out the mixer.

I talked to him the other day... I thought he would of contacted you by now. I'll see him at work tomorrow I'll ask if he's tried to get in touch of you or the place of purchase.
