I am also thinking of hosting mixes on assemblyofgroove.com. I have a few users now as a sort of beta thing, but I need to find someone who can develop a service much like the old cyberwisdom site for me. I have the space and the bandwidth to handle it.

you can also decide to host the mix for yourself by signing up for a hosting package.  1and1.com and dreamhost.com are pretty decent for a shared hosting package.
