People that buy tickets and then sell them for ridiculous amounts of money the night before the show happens? Is that what ticket touts are?

yeah, but  commonly found outside the venue selling them on for cash. Usualy quite a way away tho so the venue security don't catch them.

yeah same with scalpers i just forgot to mention that part lol. Though the other day I was driivng past the air canada centre ( where the toronto maple leafs, a hockey team play) and the scalpers were right outside the front practically jumping in the street waving tickets lol

jump over to Amsterdam, I believe there are still tickets available for their performance in Paradiso
