Today, my Dad was at his bosses house, going over some paperwork for a client.  After about 30 minutes of that, they heard a loud 'POP' and went outside to investigate, thinking a transformer had just blown or something at their neighbors house.  When they didn't find anything, the went back inside and my Dad's Bosses Maid ran up to them and asked if the neighbor's house was on fire, as there was a firetruck outside.  My Dad and his boss looked out the window, saw a man laying on the ground in a pool of blood, and a shotgun laying next to him.  He had apparently committed suicide.

My Dad didn't really know the guy, he had only met him once when he was picking up his boss from the airport and had to drive his car.  All my Dad knew was he had Parkinson's, and was very delightful in conversation.

Please pray for the soul and family of this man, as suicide is always a very painful thing to deal with.  Also pray for my Dad and his boss, because, even as a veterans of Vietnam, they were both pretty shaken at this.

Unless you're talking about my Signature, in which case, yeah, it probably is kinda bad when on this topic, but that's been my sig for almost a year now, so I don't really see why that would matter.

Anyways, thanks for saying you'll pray for him and his family, and my Dad and his boss.
