32, and have been a part of Tastyfresh since before the forums were around, but not really active until maybe 8 years ago. By "been a part of", I mean I consider myself to be a regular visitor and active participant in helping to promote the site behind the scenes long before anybody knew who I was. Tastyfresh used to have some cool features that I really miss. (Time to look up OLD SKOOL TASTYFRESH on The Wayback Machine again...*reminisces*...ah  hug)

yeah yours and Imhotep's posts reminded me of a DJ article I was reading where he was a hit DJ until recently and the club was struggling cause nowadays, youth are into anything under 100-120 bpms and anything over, they just call it techno.  Geez, those youth.  smiley23

He's DAVE RICHARDS now? well that's just goofy!

Tastyfresh Presents... monthly right here on TF

I liked the old TF CD pool.

Each one sold less than 50 copies. In fact the best seller only sold 45. This is a consistent problem with the community here. We don't buy from each other.

So the dealio is that: whether we like it or not we should buy it? Just to support each other? Even if its crap? Surely that would not be beneficial? Now, go out and buy my album next week on beatport! Wink

Surely you jest.   He isn't saying that at all.   The CD pool had some quality amazing stuff on every one they released.   But in general, good tracks or not, the trend on TF is we don't buy each other's stuff.     I know I don't so I am guilty too.

by the way.  I am 29 as of 2 weeks ago.

dj_brian_b just turned 18 a couple days ago. And djyouth says here that he was born in 1991, making him 15 (the youngest TFer I know of).
