Hear the Drums is a heavily drum laden tribal piece with a bit of techie progressive mixed in. Expect to see remixes by both Van Lazarux and DJ Dima as well as at least one of the NDM guys. Definitely should be a release you pick up if you like any of my tribal stuff.

No final release date has been set yet, but I'm finalizing things with Joseph now. It will be sooner rather than later from what I can tell.

UPDATE: The final release date is 2/1/2007

News!

We have a rough release date: Feb 2007

To hold you over until then, here's a nice sampler of the release.

Track Listing:

1) Original
2) AK Changer Remix
3) Van Lazarux Remix
4) Dima's Yes I Can Hear Them Mix

I was trying to work in a remix from Matt Hyatt (Giantslayers) as well, but we got started way to late on this. More details as I have them.

it really does. I really hadn't heard them all together until I made the sampler. I think they're all pretty kickin'. There may be another remix or two out there that I don't know about too. Joseph is the hold of the other ones.

Heh... well... you'll hear the original mix in my set in the TF podcast for Jan. That's only a few days away now. I just have to... well... make the set.

Fascinating. I'm new to this "sound". Where did you get the vocal snippet Dave? I like!
Copy on the Lazarux rmx. But that Dima mix is WAY cool !!! I like it best of all the remixes.  smiley30
Seems odd though listening to this while looking at Dave in that cowboy hat.  laugh  Conflict of stereotypes!  laugh

dave these are very very nice!  I really like the vocals and all the effects on them.  I like the energy in the vocals.  This track is very driving.
