So our youth group finally got their own room!  We had a party Saturday night to celebrate with myself djing for almost 3 hours straight... dropped EDM and hiphop non-stop...  I'm gonna try to post some snippits of my set...

heres a pic of one of our wed nights where I got to spin, right before things got kranking up.  (believe me, it took us a while to get the setup in there)

awesome!  yeah I think we've got a good start at least.. we've got two intellegent lights a bunch of "dumb" lights and one screen w/ projector.   We've also got some lighting controllers and stuff too... mainly everything we bought for our nationwide youth camp, is going to get crammed in the room lol   We have a stage that we're gonna build into the room, full band setup and more.  for after service, 5 xboxes networked for halo and such, tv for movies, we're getting like two more couches...  it's amazing how much God is blessing our group after working with renting a building that we could only have every other friday and it was the church also so we couldn't personalize it like we are with our new one... :-)

well Im still waiting for the day when we can move into another room where we can personalize it and set up and leave it.  cause that room right there is our multi-purpose room (youth room/banquet hall/etc.)  BUt with a little media and some lights we turn it into a kickin room.  Also we started an extra hang out time before our wednesday night and we set up an XBox, Playstation, Fuzeball tables and PingPong table.  We're workin on a pool table and I might see bout getting more game systems.  We got some tables from our coffee house since we dont use them as much anymore and put them in the opposite corner and started a small cafe, which is cool.  Once the church pays off the building we're in, we can look at another after that.
