I'd like to eventually get into some Live PA and such with ableton live and some synths and such... could you guys kinda give me some insite on how you go about doing your live pa setups while mixing in other songs (cd or mp3) with the live pa stuff?

thanks

There are several articles in the zine on just this. Check that out for starters, esp. Brandon's series.

hmmm maybe deeplife should start making some asd's? :-)

That's not a bad idea actually... maybe we could start an asd repository of some sort so those of us using ableton could save some time with tracks...  it would also make it much easier when it comes to on the fly mixing a track because you won't have to worry about warping the track before you play it...
