As I read this thread for the first time today, it had me thinking about how God always has a plan for whatever He allows in our lives, but we often can't see that purpose while we're in the midst of our suffering. I need to remember this when I'm going through trials in my own life. Whatever is meant for evil, God uses it for our good. Trials often remind me of Joseph and how he had to endure a tremendous amount of suffering in order for God to raise him up to lead Egypt and to feed an entire nation of Israelites during the famine, not to mention showing that the Lord is the true and only God. Or Jesus going to the cross, fully knowing that it would enable all people to be reconciled to the Father by His suffering and sacrifice. The Bible is full of history with occurrences where God used the bad to show His glory and to bless His people, it may not always be understandable to us as to the "why" but at some point He always has a plan to use these circumstances to teach us, to guide us, to minister to the people, and to show His sovereignty. Glad to hear that He helped you to remain faithful during the trial. May He continue to guide & bless your journey.

Thanx again! Getting the truck was a blessing. When the Audis enging blew it rendered the car prettymuch worthless.... leaving me $10.5K upsidedown.  It was get a new car and roll over the negitave or take out another loan to fix the car.... naaaaaa!
I went to 5 dealerships before getting the deal i got. The first dealership (VW) laughed at me when i told them of my situation. Anywho.... the f-150 was stickered at 25K and i walked out of their financing the truck at 30K!!! PRAISE GOD on that one... they worked some magik. keep in mind they only gave me $1500.00 for the car in trade. My payments are double what they were before, but its all good. My faith is where it needs to be. You never know what God has for you around the corner! PRAISE GOD! PRAISE GOD! and ill say it again PRAISE GOD!
