the best location in michigan was in ann arbor at the hands on museum (thank you kevin coffman Smiley
it was promoted right & got like 200 people.  all christian artists. lots of fun.

we tried the east side & it was VERY tough.  it's also very, VERY hard to break through the "this is a christian rave? what the heck is that" mentality.  first you have to decide it you're doing the party as an outreach or a fellowship, then you have to walk a very fine line when promoting it if you want the desired result.    Cool

Dude i just moved from Ann Arbor! I lived there for 3 years and I never even knew about your event. I’m glad to hear it went well. I agree 100% with everything your saying... I just clicked your profile to see that your in Belleville? I live in Madison Heights now but I work in Novi. I grew up in Canton and I'm actually going to see my parents there tomorrow night with my girlfriend. I don't know bout tomorrow but we should meet up soon. Local support is the BEST. Forgive me for being a jaded Craver, but this record has been skipping for at least 10 years now. That is not pointed at you Davo. I just get so disappointed when, after 10 or so years, you guys are asking the same questions and scratching your heads when noone shows up no matter what you decide to do.

If you want to dj and have a good time, go for it. If you want to tell people about Jesus, stand on the corner (on the street or at a rave) and preach the gospel. I'm still waiting for these big parties with tons of people where the Holy Spirit falls and everyone gets saved. We have been talking about it since day one. I am still waiting........

I am so glad that you want that to happen and it will be amazing and glorious when it does because it is going to. I have never had the experience of communicating with people who were into the christian dance music scene and becuase of this forum it gives me that much more hope that it is coming and it will be accomplished soon. Praise God!!! I do think that if we are serious about this...we all need to pray and even get together and pray...woah...revelation...we all should get together a pray...a hugh group...you know: where 2 or more are gathered...Ok I am really excited now!!!

Im feeling that! we need to have a prayer day where the whole board prays about this! As far as getting together.... were all over the map on here! maybe find people localy...??  Rodimus is on fire with doing something in the scene.... people on here say that they have been working on this movement for close to 10 years... but all I have seen is comments that kinda beat down the idea... but for real... why dont we see events/partys being planned on here all the time? like i said before, we have more than eneought tallent/resources/connects to do something!
This is a REVOLUTION! we need to take the scene BACK for Christ! The world has had its play with it for long eneough. WE ALL NEED TO PUT OUR HEADS TOGETHER AND REALLY do something. the time is now!!! It will take careful planning, money, blood, sweat and tears! but remember... we can do all things in Christ! The creator of all that exists in on our side!
