Don't worry I take no offense by anything you guys are saying. I'm glad to hear your feedback. Again the only reason I put this track in is because the fact that at the very end he states that all the things he's been talking about lead to destruction. I thought that was pretty self-explanitory but aparently I was wrong...so in the future I'll make sure to pick tracks that are easier to understand and more clearly defined. And as far as what you were saying about the Acosta track. That is right on with what I feel too. For instance track 2 on my "Heavn's Blinding Light" is Dogzilla - Without You. Here's the lyrics:

...now I don't know the for sure intent of dogzilla but I'd guess this was probably about a girl. only thing is...the first time I heard it I thought of the Lord right away. Every single word in this track (even though Jesus' name isnt in it) could accuratly express the way a Christian feels about the Lord. If I could talk to you, Embrace you, whisper in you ear... we can't do any of these things yet with the Lord but wouldn't you want to if you could?
Maybe we need to come up with a new style or genre of Chrsitan music. I've been thinking about this a lot lately...something seperate from PRAISE / WORSHIP (which is very very important)...but still Christian and moral.... I was thinking about calling it..
Christian Lifestyle Music... or
ChristiLife music for short. The songs don't even all have to be Dance... they could be rock, rap, blues whatever just so long as the content portrays a Christians life, daily challenges, and spirtual needs as well as encouragement.... what do you guys think?
