Interesting, reminds me of many discussions of music on here.

This company will now switch to doing only Christian titles, although the owner will continue to do maintstream work for other companies.

Interesting to read his reasoning as well as people's reactions.

Hmmm... I have been out of the comic loop for too long to really be able to put my finger on any of their artwork or storylines.  I am pretty sure I haven't ever read the titles they listed in the article but it is nice to see a company decide to be "all in" as opposed to some fence sitters.

Good luck to them.

I've never heard of them (Alias is the name of the publisher, for thoses who are also too busy to click through and read the first half of the article), though I guess in the tiny realm of comic book publishing, you don't have to be that famous to be considered to be mainstream.

sorry that i was busy and didn't have time to play internet goose hunt to find out information that probably should have been included in the link description.

The link with all the relevant information is there, if you wish to know more you click it, that's hardly a goosehunt.  Due to the nature of the Chillout section, I didn't imagine anyone super busy would be cruising the threads here in the first place!

Two people drift in a lifeboat. One says, "I see an island. Our best chance is to go ashore, build a shelter, and await rescue." The others says, "No, we must go farther out to sea and hope to find the shipping lanes." Unable to agree, the two fight, the lifeboat capsizes, and they drown.

Sorry, i guess i just got too used to slashdot and reading a more or less full summary (i guess that's an oxymoron) in the description.

That's ok, it really doesn't matter, just a little thing Smiley

I thought the article was interesting simply because the owner of that company is dealing with the same issues as some of us have with the music scene, pretty neat to see it happening in every medium
