YBR DJ COMP

YBR, In conjunction with our Christmas event and cafe nights are adding a twist.

In a bid to grow the scene, to get more in touch with the scene and to attract some fresh dj talent to the scene, we're giving a new dj a chance to play at our Christmas 06 event which will be held at none other than the historical venue, 'the powerstation'.

In order to have a chance at the dj slot, the conditions are very simple.

- Come show us what you've got at the cafe nights, in person on our turntables
- Bring your own music if possible. We have a limited amount if needed.
- Be prepared to mix infront of crowds @ our christmas event.
- You must have never played at any ybr events before.
- You must have never played at a gig which has charged entry fees.
- No age restrictions apply

To book a time slot on the decks that suits you, PM me. Booking may be essential

CAFE nights dates are:

- OCT 13th (just come along and play, no booking)
- NOV 10th
- NOV 24th

7pm till 11pm - 732 New North Rd, Mt Albert


Conditions:

- ybr committee decision on who plays is final and at our descrition.
- you may play at any cafe night to enter but the sooner the better.
- competition may close or end at any time without notice.
