Anyone get BT's newest album? "This Binary Universe"
http://www.amazon.com/This-Binary-Universe-BT/dp/B000G8OZ16/sr=8-1/qid=1158671998/ref=pd_bbs_1/002-4103021-2843245?ie=UTF8&s=music
It's definatly not a dance album. Very Chill/cinimatic. It's a 2 disk set where the second disc has 5.1 surround mixes of some of the tracks set to animation & video.... Very awesome stuff.

I second that. We'll probably review it here in a little while. I gotta get it out to the reviewers.
It's defin an art album though.
A few of the plugins used in it BT wrote himself and they'll be on the market in a few months.

I remember him saying in a Computer/Future Music mag interview he had "...more plugins than God..."
I wonder, i might get this with Hybrid's new album too... been waiting a long time for it, and tbh Morning Sci-Fi was a letdown after Wide Angle.

I would love to see the movie version in a huge cinema...but I don't think they will have it in The Netherlands.
Check out the movie sample, beautiful:

they did that hear in atlanta last week I think. Didn't have time to go. Plus... it was in an artsy place where egos reign supreme. That's sooooo not me.

I went to Boston and saw it for the first time at the cinema and it was freakin amazing. I've been waiting for something like this to come out for a while. BT is definitely 1 of the current artists in electronic music that is raising the bar. On top of everything, I actually got to meet the artist.

yeah... but not in a theater. That's what would make it great. I have yet to watch all of it, but the parts that I have are pretty cool. Needs the BIG screen though.
