Anyone use these? I came across the 2 series then found they have a 4,8 and 12 series. I like the 4 so far. I'm going to look around and scope out any deals.

I was going to get the Echo Indigo IO Stereo 24/96 card just to keep my USB 'nections clear for ext HD's


these Audiofires use firewire(again, not knowing enough geek tech, is firewire run on separate (word loss here) bus usage? whatever its called? ya know, too many usb connections spreads "something" thin.

Thats why i picked up a laptop with less HD space and higher processor speed, firewire port and card slots. And the audiofires are ac powered, keeping the pc power in the software, am i right on this?



Anyhizzle, if you use it or have experience with , fill us in.
