Cool

for most part, you just dance in half time from what I've seen other than our big friend in Slam video.

Yes!!!  Freaky Flow and Flippy were always crowd-pleasers.

I recall one time out at a club where Freaky was headlining, he showed up, stowed his record bag (actually I think it was a backpack), then got out on the floor and danced during the opening set.  Mixing business with pleasure, you gotta love it.

I believe that the reason most people dont quite understand a certain genre, like DnB for example, is because like breaks, no one understood it by the sound alone, until b-boys and b-girls showed up and started breaking. Its the same with house, trance, psy and Drum N Bass. At DaGathering, a few years ago,  no one knew how to dance to DnB. I learned from going to the secular places and getting the vibe and flow that way. I do dance when I play, however, they can't really see me dance while im behind the decks. So, It took an old friend of mine, Devon(who actually really got me to perform Drum N Bass in the first place), he would come along with me every now and then to DaGathering, and he would pull out his glowstick on a rope, and he would just DAZZLE everyone! To this day, I'm nowhere as good as him, however I'm learning  laugh He would grab the attention, just like break dancers would, and eventually, people caught onto the vibe, and then they started enjoying it more.

I also remember when I first started raving... I would feel fatigued and overwhelmed... I would dance for God... alot of times I would feel like giving up, and then I would have friends come by me and dance beside me like the second i start to wind down....It was like they were feeding off me and I was feeding off them, and after a few seconds or so, Id start right back up, and man, if you want to lose weight, its the perfect workout...  laugh
