476kbps upload

these were my previous results 2 days ago, after doing some extra optimizing, i got these results today.

5512kbps download
482kbps upload

I personally think thats messed up... Tongue

T1 is about 1500kbps... or 160kb/s IIRC.

Let me try when i get yo work tomorrow, 100m metroE FTW!
Then i'll try hooked up to the GSR, and if they're at 56 Marietta in Atlanta, i can probably get close to 1gb. Don't know about these web-based test, but doing a sftp, i can probably get close.

*edit: I mistakenly said 'the planet' but our Atlanta equipment is actually located at 56 Marietta.

hmm, the best i can get is 46665 dn and 32445 up.

The guys who work on our network equipment won't take Quest out of BGP so I can use the WV Fiber link though. The Quest circuit is only 100M but the WV circuit is a gig. I'll figure something out and post more numbers later.
