Very nice.

I'm hoping to get a wedding ring tattoo, as I've lost 3 rings in 2.5 years.

I work with a woman who got one because she was having major surgery and couldn't wear her wedding band in the OR.

Be really careful who you have do it.  Finger and toe tattoos can have trouble healing.

Do the thorns go all the way around?  How was it having the inside of your arm done?

No. They don't. That was the origional plan, but as he got more and more towards the underside I was crying very badly, gripping the chair and screaming a bit. He told me that if it hurt me this much right now I might not want to get the underside done, cause he said it was gonna hurt a whole lot worse. I pretty much had all I could take with what he did. So there's like 4 inches in the back not covered.

Someday....I may go back to finish the underarm, but I'll have to have quite a good buzz going on first....and somebody else to drive me  Tongue

I don't blame you.  I have a partial sleeve on the lower half of my left arm.  The inside wrist closer to my hand and the part closer to the inside of my elbow REALLY hurt.

Unless you have your hands in the air (like you just don't care) nobody's going to see it.  If you go under the needle again get something new you will be able to see and enjoy.

Ha ha!

I know you are kidding, but just so you know, one of the MANY reasons you are supposed to be sober when you get a tattoo is that alcohol makes you bleed more and you loose a lot of ink.

Actually, I'm only half kidding. That's what it would take for me to be able to stand getting the underarm done. And yes, I do know that alcohol thins my blood, but this particular tattoo artist does more like a paint sort of method rather than solid lines. I didn't bleed at all for this tattoo. My last one I bled alot cause that artist pushed hard and went deep with the needle.

Unless you have your hands in the air (like you just don't care) nobody's going to see it.  If you go under the needle again get something new you will be able to see and enjoy.

I actually think I'm done with tattoos. My two are enough, and really there's no other part of my body I would want to get a tattoo on. I don't like them on legs, and ankles would hurt like whoa! And I wouldn't want any on my back cause I wanna be able to see my tattoos. If anything, I might get my eyebrow re-pierced someday. it closed up TWICE  Angry smiley6

if I were to get one ever, it would be something like this around both arms.

that is, if there was a good bit more muscle on them.
