I just wanted you all to know something about me. (Please print this and save for future reference) I am an idiot. I say things without thinking occasionally and never mean any harm by it. But, sometimes people take it the wrong way and think I mean more than what I intended for it to come across.

Example: I made a post about Doug E Ross' former web domain now being owned by a porn site. Everything I typed was taken the wrong way and every attempt I made to dig myself out of that mess just made it worse. I made some idiotic suggestions to avoiding Christian sites becoming porn links in the future and I knew they were idiotic when I suggested them, but I never thought it would have blown up so bad.

Keep this in mind for the future. I say stupid things without thinking about it. Don't take me seriously if you disagree with me. just brush it off and say "Oh, Chris....you're just being silly again, you goof!" and that will magically remove any dissentment that could have come about from our conversation. Afterall life is too short to bicker over dead domains.

HHmmmmmmmmm, I guess I must just be too dense. I miss all the intrigue around here.

I didn't read the thread under discussion until I read 404's memo. Whe I read it I didn't see any reason for brothers to argue. Seemed like a minor misunderstanding to me. I guess being a pastor I have had to learn to pass over some things because they were not worth the price you had to pay if you indulged.

I like living in peace, even when I may not agree with a brother.

I don'[t think any of you guys are idiots. If I did I wouldn't be hanging around here. YOu guys bless me on a regular basis and it is a comfort to know that you love me and pray for me. If you do't love me , don't tell me now! The fantasy is too good to give up at this point!! Wink

Keep up the good work, you will all pull each other through many crisis if you keep at it. YOu are  a good group!

Yeah, well now you and I are definitely in the same league. Only difference might be that, being older I am better at stopping and thinking than I was at your young age. Somthing abut getting you faced kidked in on a regular basis helps you learn to stop and engage your brain before you put your mouth in gear. I had a BIG problem with that aat a yourger age!!

i too have been and idiot in the past, sometimes even maybe a jerk or possibly an arse, please forgive me if it happens again in the future, knowing me, well...i seem to be very similar to the rest of ya'all in the department of idiocy
