I start to be kinda fed up by my speakers...
When I started deejaying I noticed all bass goes into one big mess...

So I am thinking to buy new ones..

So which has best quality comparing to prices?

Don't buy 200E speakers and you wont be disappointed anymore.     Get something nicer. 

Are they for studio monitoring or just Djing?

Well its tough to get a good pair of active speakers for that price, but for what you are doing, you may look at the mackie HR624 or Tannoy Reveals, KRK may have something in there as well.  You may find something on the used market in your price range.  If you really don't care about monitoring etc, some alesis monitors will get you through, but if you plan to expand your production I wouldn't want them for that etc.  I wouldn't get anything smaller than a 6 " woofer though. 

Its pretty accurate, tannoys are OK, but they fatige very easily.  There are quite a few crappy speakers though in the shootout, once you hear a few pair of decent monitors they are easily spotted.  I have a pair of Mackie Hr824's so I know them well, not sure why they are in the article. You can find a used pair sometimes for like $600-$700, and they sound amazing especially for Djing.  They are pretty nice for monitoring as well, but when you get down into the fine audiophile specs, I think their stereo image is a bit sweeter than reality, and you have to really know the bass range on them as it can sound bigger than it is at times, but they sound great.  That is why I suggested the HR624 possibly, its a bit smaller but still very nice sounding, less money, a great value on the used market I think.   I think they could possibly even be a bit more accurate for translation of mixes over the Hr824.   Anyway, the use of monitoring for me is a bit different than for you possibly, I am using proacs now as my main speakers. 

for the price, BX8's aren't bad either, I like them.
