There's one leader in our church who "fires arrow"... he literally acts out pulling a bowing back and firing an arrow into someone, and honestly the Holy Spirit moves.
When people barking and rolling on the floor, it's no Holy Spirit.

I also don't know why Jesus spat it someone's eyes, rubbed mud in them, etc.
It was a sabbath, Jesus did it to make religious leaders bonkers.

I think there may be an element where God is causing/needing us to look beyond the natural, to get out of the things that make sense. I also believe there's correlation and symbolism between the spiritual realm and the physical.
If it's not in the Bible, it's not God.

Agreed. That's why I also quoted scripture, just for you
Do you really think the trumpets that the Israelites played were the thing that broke the walls of Jericho? I certainly don't. They were symbolic for something God was doing, and important thing that needed to happen in the natural, to make room for something in the Spiritual.

That's is a judgment that you have made. I encourage you to spend some time with God, and ask his opinion of it.
I have been to those kindof of services myself, I've seen it with my own eyes, experienced it myself, and I can tell you that the Holy Spirit can move in this way. Is it always the Holy Spirit? I'm sure it's not. I'm sure plenty of people rolling on the floor and barking like dogs are doing so because of demons within them. But if it is a demon responding to the presence of the Holy Ghost, and as long as it's dealt with properly that's a good road to go down! Deliverance mate!
Also, spiritual drunkenness is clearly represented in the Bible in Acts. No question. And I've seen people drunk on alcohol act all kinds of crazy. I don't see any Biblical precedent for God to require us to be dignified, and UNtheatrical. David said he would become even more undignified.

A healthy balance is important, but I think too many people are always trying to define what that is. Jesus was very subversive in his culture, alot of what he did was very shocking to people, and I personally feel like God likes to do things differently all the time. It doesn't seem weird that a guy living in a desert is eating bugs and honey, and then wants to tell you about the messiah? Jesus said there is no one greater than John the baptist, maybe his long hair was just super cool as well. By the way he is baptizing people tonight in a river, refreshments are provided after words courtesy of John... lol
Smith Wigglesworth used to punch people in the stomach and they were raised from the dead... Where are the boundaries anyway. I think its more important to consider the culture and people you are trying to reach and act accordingly, maybe shwred at times?

Smith Wigglesworth was once asked to pray for a dead baby. He felt God telling him to throw it against the wall, so he did, and the baby was raised from the dead. That's insane! My mind is
boggled
by trust/faith like that.

That was direct command from God. Direct Command from God today is repent and believe the Gospel, not throw spiritual arrows at people.

God did not make us animals, so why is Holy Spirit causing us to act like ones? Nowhere in the Bible you will find Holy Spirit move that way.

Dima, I'd like to encourage you to let God grow beyond your understanding of him. Whether that differs from my understanding or not, the fact that you have a neat Bible verse and answer to every question suggests to me that your understanding of God is just where you want it. Surely that can't be the case! I don't believe God is as black and white as you allude to. You said above, "If it's not in the Bible, it's not God." I think there's more in the Bible than you're aware of.
I'm quite familiar with 1 Corinthians 14
For example:
"Do you think that the knowledge of God's word begins and ends with the Corinthians[insert name here]? Well, you are mistaken!"

I like John 21:25:
Quote
Jesus did many other things as well. If every one of them were written down, I suppose that even the whole world would not have room for the books that would be written.
or
Quote
And there are also many other things that Jesus did, which if they were written one by one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that would be written. Amen.
